VOICES OF IMPACT
Bernardo stepped in to support our team in a pivotal time of transition and conflict. Our organization was deep in the work of transforming our internal culture and committed to racial equity, but sometimes lacked the skills to engage in meaningful process and conflict transformation as a whole team. The work we did with Bridging International allowed us to excavate hard things that needed to be moved through for our organization to thrive, and gave us new tools and a collective skill up to help us move our values around racial equity into active commitments and daily practice. Bernardo held space in a way that allowed for anger, grief, joy, and silliness to emerge. Our team left our time with Bridging International with deeper trust in ourselves and each other and exciting clarity about how our work needs to evolve to meet our mission (and transform the world, as Bernardo would say!) 🙂
